The electronic ejector is executed according to the customer specifications so it is possible to assemble on it moulds already available following the fixings of the die-box and punch
holders.
The universal electronic ejector is a device composed of a press table protection plate, an ejector block moved by four hydraulic pistons and a proportional hydraulic circuit which is driven and set by an electronic control panel.
This device allows to choose the desired quantity of falls, 2 falls for traditional material and 3 falls for material realised by double filling. As per needs it permits
to change the speed and the height of the first and second mould fall setting the values from the terminal operator in an easy and intuitice way without the need of any mechanical adjustment.
Mass have developed this ejector since many years, it work properly and need very little maintenance.
It is possible to install it on any kind of press and with the four pistons ensure the planarity of the ejection run.
